Welcome to another edition of the No Punches Pulled interview series. In this edition, it's former NYWC tag team champion Kieran.

RL: Were ou a wrestling fan growing up?
K: Of course! Ever since I saw Stone Cold Steve Austin beat the crap out of that Duke The Dumpster guy, and tought Austin was my uncle, I was hooked!

RL: When did you decide to give wrestling a shot?
K: I knew I was going to give it a shot when I was about 16 but my parents wouldn't let me sign up until I graduated high school.

RL: How did you discover the NYWC academy?
K: MA BEST FRIEND Syther was training there for a while and let me know about it.

RL: What were your initial impressions of Mikey Whipwreck?
K: Scared shitless of him. I think once he knew I could work and actually wanted to be there that fear dissipated. Nothing but respect for him. Funny dude too.

RL: How hard was the training?
K: Training was tough with Crusher Doogan but I know not nearly as tough as Mikey's back breaking sessions. Crusher was more of a passive teacher that nailed down the basics. Really care for his students and I don't think he gets enough credit for the work he put in with the Celtic Saints, Ryan Rush, Manny Martinez, Matias, Dameon Crowley, Rex Lawless, Kip, etc.

RL: What are your memories of Michael Mansfield?
K: He's the man. One of my best friends and was truly like an older brother to me. He'd smack me around when I needed it and was brutally honest.we truly made the perfect team and we both know we could've made it much further in the business had injuries and motivation not stoppedus.

RL: Who came up with Celtic Saints?
K: One of the owners of the NYWC, Shane O' Neill. Good thing too because otherwise I would've been a fat surfer.

RL: What are your memories of debuting against Francis Kipland Stevens & Anthony Nese?
K: Mike breaking Kip's tooth with a microphone.

RL: What are your memories of Benny & Manny Martinez?
K: Benny smashing his nuts on a beam while trying to be an acrobat and also calling Tony Mamaluke "New kid" before doing a dive. Manny almost dying in the ladder match and his dance turned into a Bruno smack to the face. P.S. I think Manny had the best heel gimmick in NYWC when he was feuing with Big O.

RL: What are your memories of Blake Morris & Mike Reed?
K: Not many matches with those guys but both are real solid workers. Reed was always cool to me and Blake is a guy that proved everyone wrong in NYWC by working his ass off. Morris also looks like one of their best talents now.

RL: What are your memories of Big Time Rush?
K: Really loved working with these guys. Bart(Ryan) has been one of my closest friends since we joined up at NYWC and we still remain close all these years later. We loved working with Burma too, nice guy that taught Mike and me a ton. Also remember Bart destroying me with his finish every time.

RL: What are your memories of winning the NYWC tag team title?
K: I remember I threw Mike off the vending machine on to Burma through a table.....that ws pretty sweet. After the match I kept yelling "Celti Saints" and "Tag Team Champions" over and over again. Mike thought that was hilarious/I was mentally disabled.

RL: What are your memories of Psycho Circus 2010?
K: Go match and had a lot of fun. Personally thought or ladder match was better but still a good match.

RL: What are your memories of Chris Forza?
K: Love Forza. He had amazing matches with John Silver and was a guy that should have been on TV. Fun Fact: Forza was a mailman...a MAILMAN(Irish Mike voice).

RL: What are your memories of Dan Eckos/Danny E?
K: He's the man. Had some nice matches with him and had a good singles match with him on the fly. One of the best character wrestlers around. A real field of fruit?

RL: What are your memories of Dirty Rednex?
K: Awesome guys and alwas fun to work. Dirty Moore was one of the most under utilized guys there. Big Dan broke his ankle when Mike pushed him.

RL: What are your memories of King Mega?
K: Amazing guy and always a joy to be around. Didn't get to work him much due to the fact we were both heels.

RL: What are your memories of Stockade?
K: Some real fun matches with The Saints against Black Circle. Had a real love-hate thing going on there.

RL: What are your memories of Dickie Rodz?
K: Leggo my asshole. Deserves more credit for his in-work.

RL: What are your memories of Alex Reynolds?
K: Shingles. Also one of the best workers there and a guy I should've worked more. Unfortunately I partially tore my hamstring in our only singles match together.

RL: What are your memories of Appolyon?
K: One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Drives very slow.

RL: What are your memories of Prince Charles?
K: Nicest guy on the planet with an amazing sense of style and a hell of a tan.

RL: What are your memories of Papadon?
K: Mike's impression of him at Bushwhacked was the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life. But a real good guy that whooped my ass multiple times when I was breaking in and made me really push to get what I wanted.

RL: What are your memories of John Silver?
K: Cool little dude. Knows more porn stars than me.

RL: What are your memories of All Money Is Legal?
K: Tore it up with them at a show in Jersey I front of literally 9 people.

RL: What are your memories of Bruno Marciano?
K: Brune Drop and Jew horns. A guy I think could've really went far in wrestling. Extremely talented but a little quirky.

RL: What are your memories of Team Tandemonium?
K: Had a few mathes with them but I loved working with those guys. Mike literally almost killed freddy(Odin) on a clothesline.

RL: What are your memories of Los Dejos?
K: Had a ridiculously good match with them at an ROH tryout. One of the most entertaining tag teams I've ever seen.

RL: What are your memories of DJ Phat Pat?
K: Apparently he's not fat anymore which is a bummer. Likked him from the moment he joined and wish I could've had a singles feud with him.

RL: What are your memories of Kenny Royal?
K: One of my closest wrestling buds from day one. Also one of the most solid workers there and a guy that deserves much more credit for how damn good he was.

RL: What are your memories of Marty Flames?
K: Ass the size of a house.

RL: What are your memories of Matt Striker?
K: Lots of interesting ones here. Always supported Mike and myself and constantly testing us. Has a beer can penis.

RL: How did incorporating religion into your character come about?
K: Well I decided I wanted a gimmick. A cross between Ned Flanders and Squidward. out poped Kieran.

RL: What are your memories of matches with Syther?
K: Best singles matches I've ever had. Our match at the Whitman show was spectacular and a ream come true. The following match in Port Jeff was pretty ridiculous but in my opinion, my most laid back and most entertaining match ever. Lot of the boys really loved that match and so did we. Then again, Steve could wrestle a piece of chalk and make it look like a million bucks.

RL: What are your memories of Rick Cataldo?
K: We could have had a really amazing run with the gimmicks we had. Had a lot of plans with that but unfortunately I tore my shoulder and wehad to can it....and Syther tried to flirt with him while setting up guard rails.

RL: What are your memories of Violet?
K: Hilarious. I used to point out my package in my gear to her and Odin Montez and give them the thumbs up and she'd get oddly enthused and give me a huge thumbs up back and high five.

RL: What are your memories of Style & Finesse?
K: Didn't get to work them at all but they always put on entertaining matches.

RL: What are your memories of teaming with Stockade against Michael Mansfield & Francis Kipland Stevens with Superfly Jimmy Snuka as guest referee?
K: Wasn't too happy with that match. Loved being in there but I knew that was my last match for a while and it was supposed to be a cage match. The cage woul've hi my injury but instead it was switched to tables and I tore my shoulder further. Snuka was excellent at noticing I went through a table.

RL: What led to you taking time off?
K: I had to get shoulder surgery for a torn labrum. It was a severe tear.

RL: What do you miss most about being in the ring?
K: Everything. Would love to do it again.

RL: Do you think you'lll ever return?
K: Possibility. Can't say for sure though.

RL: Is there anything you'd like to say to the fans?
