If they don't respond, that shows they do not care what the fans think and just want to make the money. I am starting to think that way.

Let me put this in to perspective because honestly to say that we are just in it for the money is disrespectful. I have been with NYWC for well over 15 years. I have been one of the owner partners for over 5. I can count on one hand how many “paydays” John, Shane, Joe, myself and now Chris have taken over the last 5 years. Those coozies we gave away a few years back came out of my own pocket as a thanks. You want a response to a question? Walk up and ask. Robert Lotti at least has the decency and respect to ask the same questions he asks here to any one of us in person. Bottom line is we don’t run in some rented out hall or backyard. We lease, insure, and maintain permits for assembly, fire marshal etc for a building that houses our school and gives you all a decent place to catch a great show. This facility comes at a great sacrifice to our time, families, and personal lives. Think about this. Our ticket prices have not changed in over a decade. Yet our rent increases annually as does our other utility bills. We thank you for your patronage and your support.

I've had a couple creative ideas but when I call, I never get an answer. Is there a good time to call?

I don't live in LI either and I do not drive. I am not sure what you are referring to as time sensitive.

I am saying that I have a few ideas to make nywc better. You told me to walk up next time I go to a show. My idea involves the shows for June, July, and August. So I'd like to be able to call and verbally explain my idea because it's a bit much to type. My issue is that every time I try to call, no one answers the phone or calls me back.

If it is too much to type and no one answers the phone, you might be better off coming to a show and talk about it in person.

Okay... But as I said I can't, by time I come to a show... It will be too late. Some helpful things would be telling me a good time to call or trying to set up an appointment so I can call.

HEllo All. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Chris Perry. Retired Lieutenant FDNY and Proud new Partner of NYWC. I have been a fan of NYWC and attending shows for over 5 years. Through changes in life for others and just "good luck and timing" I was honored when ownership of NYWC invited me to come in as a partner! I jumped at the opportunity, because I have seen how these men and women work at giving you the best quality entertainment at a fair value. I have learned, quickly, the Independent Wrestling circuit is certainly more a labor of love than a $$ maker. In just a few short months I have learned just how hard it is, and am absolutely impressed with the all the Men who have preceeded me in ownership and how they have kept the ticket cost to a stable level for all the fans since day one. As Forge mentioned the costs to put on a great show is incredible. We pride ourselves on being above board in all aspects. The Athletic commission, Private Sportatorium, Doctor fee, EMS on site and just the everyday cost to run the building utilities. To say we don't care if we don't respond in unacceptable. We respond every day by working to keep the doors open to great wrestling entertainment. Shane, Steve, Joe and John broke their butts and personal bank accounts to make NYWC what it is today, the premier Wrestling scene in the area. I am proud to work with these guys. They care for the business, the wrestlers who work with us and yes the fans. Keeping tickets at $20 a show proves that. A great showing at the door hardly covers the bills. I did this because I love NYWC not to become a "rich man". We are all easy to come up to and speak with, send us your ideas, we may take them into consideration and then again, we may not. For over 15 NYWC has been able to provide a great product at a reasonable cost. To say we want "free stuff" comes at a cost. For whom? But Yet we do not raise prices. We appreciate you all coming to the show and will do our best to keep the shows going. Communication is key, but keep in mind, in the end its all about the $$ and we want to give you a killer show without breaking YOUR bank. Thank you for your support of NYWC, especially Robert Lotti and we look forward to seeing an speaking with you all at our next show! Chris
