All titles on the line? Isn't Psycho Circus an elimination (Survivor Series-esque) match? How is that going to work? Last team with a man standing gets all the belts?

In terms of the business side of things, I completely understand the "us vs. them" competitive nature of pro wrestling. While I'm all for trying to establish yourself as the dominant indy company in your market, I don't see the benefit of NYWC running a major show on the same night that a much larger 'indy' is holding its own biggest show of the year only a train ride away.
Lately, it seems that every time I set out to catch NYWC, there are two viable options at the same time (and Psycho Circus will be the second show in three months I'll have to skip due to purchasing tickets well in advance for another company).
When promotions decide to go head-to-head, everybody and everything gets screwed -- the fans, the wrestlers, the promoters, continuity and storylines (can't always follow what's going on if I have to skip a show every other month), etc.
Any thoughts?

I have one thought- who is this "much larger indy" that is holding it's own big show the same night?

ROH is running Final Battle out of the Hammerstein Ballroom that night. As a fan of several promotions, I would love the opportunity to go to every show; but, a lot of the times, the fans are forced to pick and choose.
Granted, there are just so many weekends available in a month -- but it just seems like it would be in everybody's best interest to run unopposed shows.

That's why I wish some feds would run on Friday nights. I understand if 2 sometimes 3 feds run the same night. It's all a matter of the owners/management of the buildings to allow a fed to rent a building to do a show. If there is no building to do the show, the show can not happen.
