Danielson & McGuinness = Not WWE bound?

According to PWInsider, Nigel McGuinness is at the TNA tapings in Orlando, and will be competing for them, as his WWE deal is not set in stone. He will be receiving a name change because he doesn't want to sign over the Nigel McGuinness name.

Bryan Danielson may be TNA bound as well, although there isn't anything concrete about that as of yet.

How the WWE could screw this up is beyond me!

I don't WWE screwed it up. McGuiness didn't pass his pretest. But ironically, I thought Mcguiness would be the one to go far in WWE. Or at least more than Danielson.
