Before I start, I would like to say to torturerack 1978 as well as the rest of the board, if you manage to get here before me please start a new thread for voicing your thoughts on a show. Silver/Forza was a good opener. Where was Eckos? Demanto/Buck was good and it's unfortunate that Buck is injured. More on that later. I really liked Syther/Braggiol vs. Stockade/Crowley 2. Storm/Az was a very hard hitting competive match. Benny/Alex was good and I thought the belt would change hands. Francis/Matias vs. Dusters was a fun match. Tracy/Britney was pretty good. Josh/Mamaluke was great and I believe that Mamaluke got his 1st win since debuting in February. The tag title match was great. Mav/Bruno showed that NYWC is where it's at.
Results:
Forza def. Silver
Demanto def. Buck
Syther/Braggiol def. Stockade/Crowley
Azrieal def. Storm
Reynolds def. Benny
Dusters def. Francis/Matias
Britney def. Brooks
Mamaluke def. Josh
Big Time Rush def. Saints to win tag title
Mav def. Bruno
Personal Notes This was the best show since Psycho Circus.
Thank you Francis for taking a pic with me.
Thank you Forge for driving lonewolfsuarez & I to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Artie's Taxi fucking sucks!
Buffalo Wild Wings has some great food.
Some of the fans were saying "poncho" & "poncho power" at Azrieal.
Quote of the night: "Come on Bob Backlund on crack!" Julius Smokes referring to Francis
I can't believe that some of you fans laughed when the doctor fell when he attempted to enter the ring to check on Buck. You people can go fuck yourselves.
I like many others had to applaud Pat Buck for coming out to thank the fans for respecting him for what he does.
This board has cracked 90. Will it make 100?
Scott Baron you did a fine job ring announcing. I hope you get to do it again when Larry Legend is unavailable.

Welcome back to the board. Why are you referring to Azrieal as "Pancho"? I failed to address the constant pull aparts with Maverick & Papadon. I wonder why Papadon & others didn't have matches on the show.

I have to agree with Rob about the doctor falling. Would it be funny if it happened to you? Scott did OK ring announcing. He let some of the fans get to him though. I saw one guy have Maverick autograph his gut. YIKES!

all i can say is WOW.........what a great show from top to bottom. worth every penny. the pancho guy is a very good wrestler. i havent been to a show in a while and boy is the roster so different and better than I remember. The ending was insane!!!! bruno ia a true shooter and Maverick is so talented. Pat Buck showed that he has a lot of class I can not wait for next week in Port Jefferson I am dying to see Maverick vs Papadon!!!!! I saw that Papadon was pissed off and As I was leaving I saw him push some skinny guy named Shane(I think that was his name) and yell ''BOOK IT'' I believe that this whole thing between Papadon and Maverick may be about more than NYWC wants us to know... the Lumberjack match was my highlight of the night for me. I really enjoyed the promos on the site for this match as well.

moving/adding to my thoughts...
It was a pretty good show, and I have to agree with one thing- Papadon is the best WRESTLER I have ever seen in NYWC. Some guys are better fighters/brawlers, but the man has great technical skills when he chooses to use them. I think it is a real shame if the story about him being relieved of further commitments is true rather than being part of the story line so we're all surprised when he shows up next week (that's what I hope it is).
Scott Baron did a fine job filling in for Larry Legend. I thought it was funny when he got yelled at for trying to introduce a champion before a challenger. But if I can offer a suggestion.... I really like how Larry Legend gives the times of the matches... you should consider that Scott.
The Knuckle Dusters need some real competition. Someone who will last more than 2 minutes. I think they could give BTR a good match but maybe a team like Syther & Joey first....
Very classy of Pat Buck to come out and apologize to the fans for something that wasn't even his fault. Injuries happen, and yes, torturerack1978, the injury was real. When you see an official cross his arms over his head in the shape of an X, that indicates to the people in the back that there is a legitimate injury in the ring that's not part of the show.
The Celtic Saints & Dirty Rednex still apparently have some bad blood between them... I wonder if we see a Saints-Rednex match or maybe a 3-way with BTR instead of the Saints getting an automatic rematch... (I hadn't even noticed the 3 way was already booked when I wrote this)
Robert Lotti, the megaphone was funny. And I love the Shawn Michaels hat.
Britney Savage's manager was one scary looking dude.

the reasaon i never posted before is because I stopped coming to shows. now that i am back I will do my best to post. also...Papadon gone from NYWC? ?? I knew there was more to it than what we saw on Saturday. Too bad because I really wated Maverick to kick the crap out of him. I think Maverick is the future of NYWC and wrestling in general. he is the total package(no not Lex Luger, Maverick has talent!!!)

no way papa don and josh Daniels is the future of nywc and maybe pancho if they use him right, not maverick , i feel as if maverick is , john cena= wwe , maverick=nywc, difference is maverick can wrestle

Frankly I believe there are people out in the crowd who don't know the difference between a real and fake injury and whether the doctor is a real doctor, or for show. I wouldn't go as far as telling people to go fuck themselves. Not very nice for an amateur wrestling fan who doesn’t know any better. I doubt anybody who knows the deal with things are real and fake, would actually laugh. Just sayin..
All Money I$ Legal should retaliate against Knuckledusters for their interference. Think it would be an exciting and well balanced match, not lasting less than two minutes.
Josh Daniels needs to step it up a bit. I'm going to need more than chops and kicks to the back to entertain me.
Azrieal wrestled a good match.
Hope Papadon's coming back. Always a good time when he's in the ring.

That man is a real doctor. I've seen him at ROH shows in the past. I've been coming to NYWC since 2004. Long before today's NYWC-ites started coming. So obviously I'm not an amateur fan. Those who laughed at the doctor are the ones that can go fuck themselves. Not the entire crowd.

I didn't mean to infer that you were an amateur fan. I'm saying some of the crowd are amateur fans and don't know any better. I'm not insulting you.
