The opening saw a repackaged Joey Braggiol vs. Francis and I do like the former Braggiol's new look. CIA/High Society was good. Az/Silver was pretty competitive. Saints/Latinos was good. Fusion title was a great match. Rednex against Manny & Victor was getting good until King Mega hit the ring. Josh/Eckos was a great match. Tag title match was good. I wis it went a lot longer. I feel the same way about the heavyweight title.
Results: Apolleon(spelling?) formerly Braggiol def. Francis
CIA def. Maxwell & Francis
Az def. Silver
Saints def. NFL
Reynolds def. Storm to retain fusion title
Rednex vs. Manny & Victor was a no contest when King Mega hit the ring and went on the warpath
Big Time Rush def. AMIL to retain tag title
Papadon def. Buck to retain heavyweight title
Personal Notes Intermission was really short.
The show ended at 9:20PM.
Why are the shows so short.
Quote of the night: "Hit him in the private." a little kid in the front row to Josh
There were some pretty ladies sitting behind me at the show.
I'm convinced that the board members don't go to shows outside of Deer Park.
If you ever go to Port Jefferson, go to Grumpy Jack's. They have some great homemade lasagna and brownie sundae.
I thought more fans would be in attendance.

I'm convinced that the board members don't go to shows outside of Deer Park. I can't speak for others, but me- I could not do 4 consecutive shows in 4 weeks, money-wise. Aside from the fact that a member of the NYWC roster told me that of all the June shows, I'd want to see the Deer Park one the most- -Woodside is a bit far for me as I am in eastern Suffolk county. -I don't have the slightest clue where Long Beach is. - I went to the Port Jefferson venue ONCE. Extremely small to the point that halfway through the show, it was impossible to get to the restroom or concessions due to people being packed so tight. Maybe that was an exception rather than the norm for that venue, but still I was extremely uncomfortable there. Deer Park Community Center was a better venue than Port Jefferson. And DPCC sucked!

DPCC was a decent place. NYWC outgrew it in my opinion. Port Jeff Elk's Lodge was not packed this past Saturday. Long Beach is in Nassau County.

Perhaps I will give Port Jeff another try some time. As I recall, you were not at the show I went to (I don't recall the exact date, I want to say it was this past Fall.... And as for DPCC, the bathrooms were inconveniently small and smelly.
